"We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. "The photos are honestly pretty deceiving. This is an extremely noisy and busy property with cruise ship people being constantly bussed in to use the beach. The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. The hotel rooms themselves are clean, but the simple amenities such as the vending machines don’t work. Constant power outages and cold showers.
