At only about $100 a day it served the purpose. Room was clean no bugs as said in other reviews. Staff was nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a communal balcony. It's on a regular street. No fantastic view. But it was comfortable. Modern. Very small. Refrigerator microwave. Shower was clean. The bed was just ok. No real casino. Jus a couple slot machines. No restaurant at least while we were th here. It was fine. Street parking in the back if you have a car

We originally were assigned a room that had a problem with the Air Conditioning and the TV. The staff were very accomodating and moved us to another room (and they even helped move our stuff!) We'd stay there again.

The experience at Starz was good. Clean room, However the room #102 needs to be equipped with a refrigerator microwave and ironing board. None of those were present in the room but was indicated online as part of the amenities. Close to the Ferry Dock and Airport.

I have been here many times before and this time the staff was not very friendly. The room was great. when I first got there I had to tighten the toilet seat because I thought it was going to fall off but I didn’t do it when I left. My sister‘s hair bled on one of the towels Since she dyed her hair before we got there and they kept $50 of my deposit. No explanation of the reason why so I’m guessing that’s it since the room was left very clean and all trash in the bag. As much as I like the area that it is in because it’s close to everything I think I will look elsewhere next time I go.

The front desk person, Carla, was very professional and courtesy to handle everything. We missed a small frigi in the room. Very clean. The shower don't have the full door and some water spilled in the bathroom floor.

Basic. Rather indifferent operations and check in. Mostly, the hotel’s location is an issue if you are looking for dining or food options as they do not exist. Also, I was unable to get a taxi to travel to this location to transport me to a restaurant. Room was serviceable and clean, but did not have expected minimum standards, like an insect proof mattress cover. Thankfully, there were no bed bugs.

For a 1 night stay in order to get to the airport early the next day this wasn't a bad choice but if you wanted to stay there for a vacation I would strongly advise against it. The traffic in the early morning is very loud with large trucks and noisy motorcycles on the move. Also, when trying to park a car it is very dangerous as the traffic is heavy and everyone drives very fast and the parking area is very hilly and narrow. No coffee in the room and the refrigerator and the TV were not functioning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked fine.

Staff were unfriendly Cleaner cleaned daily and was very helpful The rest of them need new jobs and not working in customer service WiFi didn’t work until the day before I left and I only got that asking for assistance several times Big water bug my first night crawling around Casino/Bar/ Restaurant terrible service, two hours for Salmon and Mashed potatoes
