" The pictures do this place justice. While the units do look like the pictures, these pictures were clearly taken pre-hurricane. The property is pretty damaged from the hurricane and the first unit they gave us had mold in it. We finally got into a second room four hours later and the shower had hair in it, all over the walls and floor. They don’t offer cleaning services for free, we were told that if we wanted cleaning services, there would be a fee. For the amount of money we paid for the room I would think cleaning is included. Having to call the bell hop, AKA the golf cart to take us to and from the room to and the lobby was a bit of a hassle when the bellhops expected to be tipped every single trip. The kitchen was stocked with essential dishes, all glass, no plastic and was pretty clean. We laid in the bed, both of us started itching. I couldn’t see any bed bugs, but the sheets definitely were not freshly cleaned. "

"The interior of room was a simple setup. It was a tat bit outdated but it was very clean. Exterior was a worn out but I think it had alot to do with the beach front weather and sea blast over time. Very private"

"This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel every other month for work, and I will likely stay again (if they can heat up the water a little ;0). "

"Booked last minute and ended up being a great stay! Middle of downtown-ish area, many shopping & restaurants in walking distance. Many amenities right at hotel with pool, hot tub, bar + restaurant. Solid stay. "

"The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains and they offered to get new sheets to us the next day, as they weren’t on the island, however about two hours before when we notified them of the tv not working, it was stated that one could be dropped off in a few minutes. We declined because it wasn’t a huge deal however- if these things are listed as being part of the property, there should be communication ahead of time of it not working. Also, we missed the text the next morning letting us know that someone could bring sheets. There is wifi however the advice is very splotchy to message or call. "

"The property view is absolutely beautiful. The staff is awesome, and the food was first class! Rooms were sufficient, slightly outdated, but a/c functionable and comfortable."
