"Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. "Our room was very clean and 99%of the staff were happy and helpful. They really did think of almost everything and our stay was comfortable. The only negatives were that we couldn’t pay cash anywhere on the property except at the front desk. We had to charge everything to our room and go to the front desk to pay it off in cash. The other thing was none of the elevators have air conditioning so if it was full it was an extremely uncomfortable ride.Both were minor annoyances and wouldn’t stop us...

"Some of the rooms are newly remodeled, the paint and cleanliness of the place is good. Breakfast included was very good, lots of choices. Issues we had: our room smelled like mold and high humidity so we requested to change and they gave us another one with same issue, the third room was better not that much smell, but there was a big live roach in the bathroom."

"Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Seen alot of overfilled trash can and carpet needed vacuum in the elevator. But overall we stayed only one night, so I was in and out."

"Make sure you request the new side of the property. We were on the older side and the water did not come out of the faucet very well in the shower/bath. AC was amazingly cold!! We are 60 years old and had to lug heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly."
