"Everything was wonderful except you are paying a resort fee and renting chairs and umbrellas for a so called “private beach” that is the furthest from private. People just walk on bringing their own big umbrellas (blocking the sun) their own chairs not having to pay a resort fee. It’s really not private so if that’s what you’re looking for definitely go elsewhere. Staff was great, Gracie’s the Italian restaurant is unbelievable not to mention we had the best waiter Parker! "This was a perfect location between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The plaza right next door had anything you may need. The pool was well maintained and stayed open until 10pm which we used nightly. The hot tub was a little too hot would be the only criticism I would make. Besides that, it was a perfect hotel!"

"Only thing we were disappointed in was the 7pm pool closing time. For such hot weather, we were very surprised to not have the chance for some evening swimming. Food at the BRGR Lounge was great! "The Condo was perfectly located to all the haps. We walked everywhere. The Condo was clean, with daily housekeeping if you wanted it, each room had its own air con that could be adjusted to your liking, it has everything you'll need. The Balcony overlooked the pool and the beach and it was a parkinglot away from Time Square. The staff from the front deak, housekeeping, and security were amazing. The Elevator was slow but worked great. They have luggage carts to use which was extremely helpful."

"What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral."

"Loved the suite! The space was perfect and comfortable. The staff was super nice as well. The building is old and there are areas where the carpet was stained and the walls were worn, but that did not distract from the room and overall experience. And the price is awesome. I will definitely return."

"Too expensive, double price. No free breakfast. Restaurants and Cafe's in the resort so expensive always add 20% tip in the receipt. Better to stay some places, they share the same public beach anyway. Lots of hotels in the surroundings."
