The staff are friendly and kind, and they try to be helpful. Cons:
There was a food safety issue during our stay. The way the hotel handled the food poisoning needs significant improvement. Instead of avoiding responsibility, we hope the hotel would take such matters seriously and conduct a proper investigation. Food safety should always be a top priority to ensure guests feel safe and cared for. Due to the food safety issue, we made a specific request to the hotel. Although our request was declined, they offered an alternative solution, which we eventually accepted. If the food poisoning incident had not occurred, this could have been a great trip. Unfortunately, because of what happened, we were not able to enjoy our stay as much as we had planned and expected. One star thanks to the friendly staff. One star thanks to the late night manager, who quickly took my husband to the clinic — he is the person I appreciate the most. One star thanks to Manager Pedero, who provided us with an alternative offer in the end. "

"Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time, apartment smells like someone fried fish in there, no hot water until I asked and oh there is a button to turn it on. You get 4 towels for 1 whole week for 4 people. The pool is significantly smaller than advertised. Renting a car is a must. No coffee, restaurants walking distance or close. Be ready to be awakened by drills and hammers as construction continues. If you arrive late their are no signs to get in the driveway. Hard to find the condo even when you do get there. When you leave you need the key fob for gate to open, you drive out, then you have to leave the car and go drop key fob back in room. Makes zero sense. "
