"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

"Excellent service. Hotel had small fire but under control. The best part is how they deal with emergency. They put guest satisfaction at first. Beside the great service, the hotel is beautiful. You get the view of the Jingji lake and the door of the east. Very convenient to the mall and countless restaurants on the Ligongdi,easy subway ride to the old town as well. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended! "
