"The Casa Ritual was quiet. Tasteful. Figuratively and literally! The food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful yet not overbearing. I enjoyed the pool courtyard area n particular; beautiful, verdent greenery. Lovely birdsong. The water was perfect. And there was never more than 1-4 people in the pool, which was nice if you like it quiet, which we do. I also really liked the cute little bathroom with a small window that opened to the pool courtyard. The neighbourhood also felt like...

"The Marriott is a terrific resort. The staff are excellent and the restaurants delicious. We only had one issue. We booked a 3rd floor room and were given a 9th floor then an 8th floor room. One of our guests is terrified of heights so was uncomfortable in that room but we were told there were no other rooms available. Booked through Expedia. Next time will confirm through hotel which floor we’re on. "

"Spent 4 nights, 5 days with my husband and two tween/teen sons. We loved the pools, the rooms, the beds/pillows, the staff was amazing, the drinks, and the kids loved the pool side food (wings, chicken strips, pizza, burgers). As far as the rest of the menu, breakfast was decent, but dinner was lacking in my opinion. The reservation only dinner option (Andreas) doesn't know how to season meat, fish, etc properly. The flavor was sorely lacking. On Asian night, they put orange sauce on EVERYTHING...

"The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. "

"The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. Other than that the unit was perfect for our stay and visit around the city. The staff is really friendly with the people "
