"Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. "

"I didn’t have high expectations for this resort as we had stayed in the area previously and were let down at a neighbouring resort but Valas was great! The rooms were clean, the food was probably the best we’ve had an all inclusive, the staff was great. Would recommend! "

"All the staff were very friendly, mainly Jesus who surprised us with a courtesy at the spa when we arrived at the facilities. Clean room, great Ocean view and Family friendly. "Under different circumstances I probably wouldn’t rate this a 5. But we were able get a room here on February 22 during the cartel activity that delayed our flight home. The staff were very kind the room was clean and the breakfast was included. We felt safe because we were put in an inside wall room. The only negative was the sewer gas smell in the bathroom. The place is unique being made from shipping containers. Nomal circumstances this place is a strong 4"

"The room was clean, shower was nice with good pressure.. We had a city view which was neat to see the pool was clean and not overly used. We had the continental breakfast, which had fresh fruit and cold cuts with cheese and tomatoes, cuts, cheese, coffee and juice. Easy walk to rhythm of the night and a couple other restaurants within walking distance. Thank you so much."

"We love staying here. It is very clean, the staff are friendly. The food is amazing! We do the all inclusive as we travel with young kids and this resort has the best food at any all inclusive resort I’ve stayed at. We stay for 2 weeks and don’t get tired of it! Our kids are easily entertained by the waterslide and hanging out at the beach. We have also utilized the kids club and they had a great time. We will be back again! "
