"This is hotel w best view location, who's seeking calm environment and peaceful natural environment! Room w fire place loacated 10 feet away from most beautiful Emerald lake site area. Every staff were so nice and professional. Our family love it! We highly recommend for anyone! "
"My wife and I loved our time at Baker Creek. Our cabin was beautiful and clean and the jacuzzi tub was a nice addition. The grounds are amazing with the creek, mountains, and train tracks all adding to the ambience. We also loved having fires in the fire pits provided. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only negative about the room was that there were no utensils or wine bottle opener but we were able to ask staff to open our wine and use the disposable cutlery from the cafè....
"The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back...
"Booked suite last minute via Expedia after disappointing other hotel (rhymes with Roxy). Great property, convenient to all Banff shopping and grocery store is only about 150 yards from hotel. "
