"I liked how safe it seemed and how quiet it was. Walkable to dining and shopping in the Lake Louise area which was a plus. Shuttles to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake also picked up from the parking lot which was convenient. We loved our stay here! "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon! The pool is small but it has incredible views! There is a bus stop that is included with your stay that takes you into town and other tourist attractions. It also is connected to the hoodoo view point trail. Also the staff was very friendly and loaned us bear spray!"

"The hot spring pool was absolutely beautiful, and everything about the hotel was stunning. However, the Gatehouse suite was quite disappointing. The living room and bedroom felt small and cramped, almost like a cave, and the view was not great. It was also inconvenient to plug in appliances—making it hard to use the coffee maker, kettle, and other devices. Although a microwave was provided upon request, it was dirty inside and not properly cleaned, which was very disappointing. "
