Motel di Majlis Bandar Raya Campbelltown

"Staff lovely and very professional. Room clean and very comfortable, Location very convenient to public transport and to RNSH and Mater hospitals. We have stayed on a number of occassions and always very good. highly recomend."

"The bathroom was where the main issues were. The toilet pipes were very dirty on the outside and the window frame looked like it had either dirt or black mould on one side of it. The bathroom door was incredibly clunky to open and when the exhaust fan was turned on it shuddered for a few seconds first before working properly. The shower also was incredibly dusty in spots such as on top of railings. Everything else was fine."

"Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. Old decor inside and external needs a...

"Very clean, close to the car park"

"Filthy hotel, bed bug infestation - woke up bitten and bleeding on bed. Took a collection in a coffee mug to the checkout. There is mould in the bathrooms and the door locks to outside “balcony” are broken - this place should be closed for health reasons and im upset Expedia recommended it. Ive now had to wash all my clothes and get jacket drycleaned whilst on business trip. What a horrible place !"

"The rooms were obviously recently renovated and looked nice. The staff were helpful and the room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, the lack of doormat meant the floor was quickly gritty from shoes. There was a kettle but it didn’t fit under the tap which was a bit of a nuisance. And there were no hooks at all to be able to hang towels to dry."

"You can park right in front of your room. Convienient and close to everything. I like the fact that it has a microwave oven and toaster for cooking, biscuits, coffee and tea facilities. The price is affordable compared to other accomodation in Wollongong."

"I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms have always been clean with friendly staff. The location is easy to get to and from. The only negative I can say is that the rooms while being maintained and clean are older, however if you don't mind this it is a great budget friendly place with plenty of room in the family rooms."

"The room was clean and tidy. I liked that there were actually bedspreads on the beds, not this dooner between two sheets thing that other motels do. Bathroom was clean, no traces of grunge or mold. Onsite parking just wonderful to have, making our stay affordable. Only issue we had was people could smoke just outside their room, which still drifted under the door. Motel close to dining and shops and train station."

"Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors turned a straightforward overnight stay into an extremely stressful experience. I booked specifically because I was working back-to-back 14-hour shifts and needed to avoid a three-hour round trip home. I arrived at 10pm, collected my key as instructed and was allocated Room 218. After 20 minutes searching different floors and hotel maps, I couldn’t find it. The out-of-hours number provided didn’t work. When I eventually reached an after-hours staff member...
