"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh with our family, and the overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although there were no Indian options available by default. When we requested some, the chef and team were very accommodating and kindly prepared delicious South Indian breakfast dishes for us. This thoughtful gesture made our mornings even more special, especially for my mother, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was cozy, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day out. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Shangri-La, and we would gladly return in the future."

Overall, a great experience and a perfect home base for exploring the city."

The rooms were very clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the spa services were next level. "Best thing about this hotel is the Staff , they were very friendly , they are super respectful and helpful . the location is great also and the rooms very cleans. The pool is also a plus , the view is great. I also had dinner at the restaurant , it wasn’t bad but also nothing special and they charge u like 15 % fee …but overall a very nice hotel"
