"I don’t EVER leave reviews but I have to leave a review for Chaiya Palace! This was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. Housekeeping came everyday and they truly did an excellent job. It was so nice coming back to our beautifully made/cleaned room after a long day of adventuring. Next, the breakfast was authentic and so delicious! As a bonus, you get to eat breakfast with incredible views all around. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. My husband and I were so grateful at how helpful the front desk staff were. They answered all our questions and even helped us book a rental car. I implore you to stay at this hotel! You will have the best experience as well die. As I mentioned before, I don’t leave reviews unless a hotel really blows me away and this one truly did. "

"We were upgraded on arrival and everyone was so welcoming. The fresh passion fruit juice on arrival is also so tasty. Our room was comfortable and spacious with views overlooking the city and included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush and q-tips. There was a plate of fresh fruit on check in as well. We also booked a massage that was high value for the price and available at the time we inquired for one. Breakfast was delicious every day and we enjoyed traditional Cambodian breakfast. Easy location within the city and Tuk-tuk easily available. "

"The hotel is at a great location. Walking distance to cafés, bars and restaurants. The staff are super polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area could have used a bit of a clean up though. And the wi-fi wasn’t functioning most of the time. But luckily I was travelling with a data plan. The restaurant only opens at 5 pm, so breakfast and lunch are yours to sort out. Though there’s great options nearby. Brown Coffee. Mama Thai. "
