"We stayed here twice. It is a superb hotel. On our first visit, we were upgraded to a suite with a stunning view over the Mekong. On our second, we had a balcony room overlooking the pool. Both rooms were stunning, spacious and very comfortable, with very good sized bathrooms. There is a good sized pool. There was a wide selection of very fresh food at breakfast, and they had decaffeinated coffee, a rarity in Southeast Asia. The food in the restaurant was excellent. There was a two-for-one happy hour in the sky bar, which also served food. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
One caveat: some of the rooms and suites face a nearby building and have opaque etched glass on the windows. "
"The hotel is perfectly situated, the accommodations are exquisite, and the staff are beyond friendly and hospitable. And the restaurant serves top- notch foods. Don’t miss the happy hour for fantastic cocktails!

"The place is absolutely amazing, in a splendid location. The staff are sooo sweet and prepared to help with all your needs. The deluxe rooms are lovely and spacious. The spa is stunning with a private hot tub and reasonable priced massages. Definitely the place to stay. "
"Beautiful room with thoughtful touches. Staff approachable and efficient. Breakfast included, absolutely delicious and served in room for free! What’s not to like? Grounds serenely calming and hushed to instantly chillax your travel stress!"
