The hotel was excellent and the staff courteous and helpful. It was my husbands birthday during our stay and the staff made a fuss of him by decorating the bed beautifully. Stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t really fault the hotel. All staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Received a room upgrade, breakfast had a good selection, evening meal at the restaurant was excellent with plenty of choices both western and Asian, pool was great with happy hour at the pool bar between 3-5, sky bar then continued happy hour from 5-7. Staying at the Palace Gate Hotel was indeed the perfect way to start our Cambodian Trip.

The suite was fine, and with a balcony over looking the pool. The bed was comfy with nice pillows. Cleaning was perfect. The rest of the hotel was kept spotles and a above most places I have visitet in Cambodjia. The staff was very helpfull at all times.
