They will help you with anything you need including transport, day trips, restaurants, etc. They make the place warm and inviting, which makes it feel like home. "

"Everything from the moment we arrived was wonderful. Location was perfect for us as we only had 24hrs to get tailoring completed. Easy walk over the bridge to Markets and Tailor shops and an amazing Bahn Mi shop. Wish we had longer, could have spent 3 days easily. A great inclusive breakfast too. "

"The hotel staff was so incredibly supportive and helpful during our 3 night stay. The room was large and comfortable and the area felt very quiet and safe. You can see the area around the hotel is still recovering from the flooding but that didn’t affect our experience at all. We are the epitome of showing up without plans so meeting Ruby at the front desk was delightful! She helped up book day trips, shows, dinners and massages! We loved every minute at the Gem and would definitely stay there...

"We were unlucky enough to arrive in Hoi An on crutches, still recovering from a motorcycle accident. The Odyssey staff were fantastic and really helped uplift us. They were friendly and considerate throughout, helping us with additional tour / driver flexibility. The room was lovely and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the deep bath in the room we'd booked. It was a short walk into town, but importantly for us, it was outside the pedestrianised area, so we could get quick grabs into town...

"It is hard for me to say enough positive things about this hotel. General Manager Maria, Hana and Vivi as well as every other staff member went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. If you want to experience a riverfront authentic slice of Vietnam this may be your new favorite place. However if you are looking for a golf resort or some hotel chain this may not be your place. I feel like we had 5 star staff and amenities while being treated like family members. They were recovering...

"Great property in an unbelievable location. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order, a stark contrast to some poor hotel buffets in Vietnam. The management are very friendly and the pool is great and peaceful. I am generally a relatively critical reviewer but I struggle to find things wrong with this hotel, especially for the price. "
