"Very average - not luxury.
Beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable, Aircon in the room was weak.
Breakfast and afternoon tea were both below standard - take your 50k VND and go buy a bahn mi one street away.
Also seems that staff were unable to code 2 keys - every time they coded one the other would stop working."

"Hotel just opposite the beach. Facilities are good, but we do not use it as only pit-syop style 1 night stay. Quality of the afternoon tea can be improve. Breakfast spread are good, but can invest some espresso cup, so dinners can enjoy hot espresso rather than it cold fast due to contain in big cappuccino / latter mug. Coffee quality is good thought.
My room shower drainage’s slow, and water spill out to dry bathroom area.
Thumbs up for warm hospitality service."

"The good: Room view was incredible and spacious. The breakfast buffet was also great. I loved the variety of everything they had (especially the fresh fruit),
The bad; Room was beautiful but it was very dusty (hasn't been cleaned behind the furniture). I wasn't a huge fan of the shower, was very awkward to use between balancing it on it no where to put the soap when using it. Would be good if they got rid of the glass see through wall.
Unfortunately there is a beach club across the...

"Overall a decent stay here at the Pollazzo Boutique Hotel (not to be confused with multiple others that have similar names in the area). Well located near heaps of shops, restaurants and the beach. Room was satisfactory, but could maybe use some updating. Air con worked well, and all facilities were good. Our toilet seemed to have a niggle with the flushing mechanism, but we were able to fix this ourselves. Shower was great but did leak through to the bathroom floor.
Decent sized room, and comfy...

"Stayed here with my entire family and had a wonderful time. The rooms are perfect for a longer stay, extremely clean, and have scenic views from the living room and balcony. Located about a 5 minute walk from the beach, even my elderly parents looked forward to waking up and walking to the waves. The gym and pool are located across the street in an associated hotel. The gym, although small has everything needed for a quick workout and is located right next to the pool allowing you to do an...

"I have very mixed feelings about my stay here & wish I read more reviews before booking. Location is great, you can’t fault that! We could literally see the beach sunrise from our room and lots of food/massage etc close by. My biggest issue is the level of noise. You have beach clubs right across from the hotel, which play loud music until late in the night. We were originally on level 6 and had to ask to move higher to level 20 or we would have had to cancel our stay due to not being able to...
