"Room was dated, but clean. Nothing bad really, just showing age. (E.g. Creaking and squeeky bathroom door, tub base with stains/rust, stains/grime in corners of bathroom, etc). Nothing atrocious by any means, just old and less kept up. Breakfast was decent. Didn't have a potato or hashbrowns, just scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon. Other than that, waffle makers, juice and coffee and such were still great. Eating area was quite small and cramped so often during busy times folks had to...

"The room was so clean and fresh. Pool and slide were fun also. Someone from the room had a birthday so we were upgraded to a tower room. So accommodating and helpful. Not our first stay we will definitely book again. The Sunday buffet and breakfast was delicious."

"Breakfast was limited and on the second day there was nothing left but the time we got there. We were told it was on until 11am and when we got there at 9:40 nothing left to eat. One of the restaurants were closed to we went to the pub. It was not that good for the food. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Not much amenities close by."

"No elevator, grimy pool, stale breakfast, warm fridge, bright lights from “hallway” windows, loud guests every night, laundry machines very loud all night every night. Zero stars"

"We normally stay here every year for a major music festival! We love the staff and the building it's self is in good shape. ..however this one particular stay we were put at the very end of the hallway which was a pretty far walk for 2 people who have hip/walking issues. On top of that our room was extremely musty and our fridge door wouldnt close so barley bad cold food or drinks . Beds were half made and the tub was dirty ....other than that it was ok ."
