"The room was very dirty. Crumbs all over the sofa. Floors dirty. Hairs in sink and on counters. Pile of hair beside the toilet. I wouldn’t even take a shower there. It was a good price, but you get what you pay for."

"Only minimal concerns were; 1. Side entry doors closed at 8 so had to go clear across hotel to other side to take puppy out to do his business both late at night and wee hours of AM. One should have access with their room card no matter the time i feel. 2. Only 2 pkg of coffee so had to ask for coupke more each day we were there. 1st morning housekeeping made beds but thats it. Did not replenish coffee, empty garbage and left Kleenex empty. Just minor issues."

"Their suite only allowed 4 people. We are 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. They still insisted on us to pay $15 for the 1 child. Not staying with them anymore! Overpriced!"

"This was our second time staying here, and our first experience was way better. While the rooms are affordable and clean which is a perk, and the free parking is appreciated it's a nightmare to find parking. My biggest complaint this time was staff and continental breakfast. My family of 4 went downstairs at 9:30 am and every bin of food was empty. There was 4 visible staff members all of which were more interested in their conversations than restocking the food or clearing tables there were...

"We paid extra with for a room with a bunkbed. Ours did not come with a little patio like every other family room. It wasn’t worth the extra money. Not only did we not get a patio, we got a window that faced the elevator and with that comes the noise of the elevator. "

"Fantastic location and friendly staff with free parking! Our room was spacious enough to stay with our young daughter. The bathroom although it has a tub is not really suitable for baths and you could tell that silicon caulking was layered on top of older layers. Apart from that, very clean. Pool was great and rarely busy. Breakfast options were somewhat limited but good for the price. Overall great stay and again, location is awesome assuming you have a car."
