"Hôtel en rénovation (modernisation du décor qui date un peu), mais nullement dérangeant. Bon emplacement. Deux grands spas sur le toit avec serviettes fournies. Personnel serviable, très souriant, à l’écoute. Restaurant Pacini à même l’hôtel avec très beau décor, coin bar très agréable, service accueillant et amical, et cuisine excellente. Vraiment, rien à redire. Nous y retournerons certainement."

"I loved everything, the Room especially, very comfy stay and the family enjoyed the water park and pool areas. We definitely want to come back again! Thank you :)"

"When we arrived we had no towels in our room, when we asked for some they did come promptly, but the door on our room was stuck and I couldn’t get it without my husband slamming it closed and yanking it open, if I stayed there without him I probably would have been stuck. We put the card on our door for housekeeping while we were out for the day and when we got back at 8 pm it was evident nobody had come for housekeeping. I would not stay here again."

"Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked was having a “maintenance” issue where a door had fallen off so I was given another room. The other room was beyond gross, and smelled of dust and depression, not properly swept, random cigarette burn marks and copious amount of dust/debris down in the baseboard heaters. I went back to the front desk and told them I would not be checking in and would like a refund. They of course hid behind their policies and refused. The best way I can describe this entire property is “lipstick on a pig”, where the lipstick is from the dollar store, and the pig is about to die. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Spend a little more and get a room from practically anywhere else."
