"I love the practicality. Reserved parking, walking distance to mart and LUCKY FISH(the only halal restaurant). In room washing machine + detergent and dryer, save time to do laundry on your own.
The pool, also amazing. No need to swim at the beach ( as its dangerous), as the pool is awesome."
"Honestly, I didn’t visit the pool, so I can’t rate that. It has a good location, the room is clean, nice shutters (!) and everything is there. But, the bathroom is not that clean; you can see that they put spray the walls…but don’t use a cloth. The room is outdated. Nothing more than just practical."
"housekeeping was not very good beds not done properly as they should be, rubbish was left on floor for three days unacceptable, hot chocalate & coffee were sorta cold from room service, brekky was cold numerous times told staff still happening, there was no privacy in my room kept hearing voices in other room should not happen, bed sheets werent changed at all during our stay"
"We loved the central position to everything in Cairns, plus a beautiful view. Rooms very clean and fresh. Thought the hotel was dated and the swimming pool and surrounds need updating. More lifts are needed in hotel, such a very long walk to our room from lifts. But as said, the best position in Cairns."
