"Lovely location with available parking outside the property or on the roadside. Beautiful views of the beach out of our bedroom window. Room was clean and comfortable with the expected basics provided. Staff were helpful and informative and keen to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a served full English which can be adapted to suit individual needs. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I look forward to staying here again."

"The hotel had some character. We booked car parking for £12 a night at the rear of the hotel, we did not expect to park on waste ground with a 75 yard walk to the back door. "Left stranded outside the hotel after staff forgot to leave keys, after confirming directly with the hotel manager that we would be arriving late. We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full. I called earlier in the day to confirm, and they gave me the lockbox location and code, but upon arrival by taxi (after midnight) there were no keys in the box, leaving us alone outside with no car. "I booked the hotel as it says that it had air conditioning. It doesn’t when i asked the staff they were rude and unhelpful. This is a rundown overpriced relic of a hotel. The gentleman on reception was the rudest person i have ever encountered. Avoid"

"I booked for one night as on a training course locally. I stayed in Willow room, and it was as described, clean, all the amenities for me to make tea/coffee and towels provided. Cara contacted me with instructions on parking etc prior to my visit, and was on hand with recommendations for pub to eat at etc before my visit. Breakfast options were amazing, I chose the continental and it was delivered to me at the time I requested and fresh. I highly recommend this B&B and if I’m ever back that...

"Well located property and a spotlessly clean room. All the staff were very helpful and even managed to get us an earlier check in when we arrived. If there were room for improvement it would be to improve the breakfast offering, it’s ok but could be better. The nearby car parking is also a great bonus and very reasonable."

"A nice twin room overlooking the rear of the hotel and kitchen extraction which meant we had to close the windows when breakfast started. It's a noisy, creaky hotel so no lie in. Room was clean but other areas of hotel felt not so. There was a random mop and bucket of dirty water on the stairs the whole time we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful.
