"The front desk was really nice. The hotel room looked great. The hardest thing was finding it and trying to get to the Valet. Maps kept taking us the wrong way. You want to put on the Mason address. Super close to August Hall."

"The location was perfect. I was able to check in early. My room was upgraded. Esly checked me in and was very helpful. Housekeeping was great. The provided breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. There were bagels, pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee and a great selection of fruit. This was the perfect stay for me. "

"I am a San Francisco native and I’ve stayed so many places now that I’ve moved out of the city and this will be the hotel. I stay at for the rest of my life here because it has the best value for what you pay. You will not find a better hotel for a better price it is central. I was able to walk everywhere in the city and to Bart and Muni the hotel stuff was incredibly nice and professional . "

My only complaint is that you should stay in the Premier Building as the Standard/Historic Building not only felt cramped, but had this weird odor so I would not recommend it; we had a balcony in our premier room but never used it as it appeared to have not been swept in months though! ★★★★☆"
