"I could not rate this hotel any higher!! The staff were friendly, helpful, and present. We never wanted for anything. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect for sight seeing. My mother required a wheelchair and the concierge helped tremendously with navigating that challenge. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is one of the best I have ever stayed in."

"Clean room with spectacular view. Shower reeked of BO when we arrived, staff quickly cleaned it but it lingered the whole week. Great location as far views go, but not much in the area for food. The hotel breakfast was adequate and expensive (on par for London). Lack of pool was disappointing but that's my fault for assuming a hotel of this caliber would have one."

"Very glad we booked the balcony, ended our evening with a very tasty cocktail from the bar outside watching the world go by. Everyone that worked there were really friendly. The room was lovely and airy, and having a Marshall speaker to connect to was a great touch. The room was quite bright in the morning, because everything in there is white, this wasn’t a problem for us at all as I always sleep with an eye mask anyway.
