"We had an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and helped us with suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop that takes you to the Golden Gate, and everything is close by. The airport pickup was a bit confusing since the pickup point is at the hotel across the street called Riu. Overall, we found everything lovely. We’re coming back in July and will stay here again."

"It was a very comfortable stay, the hotel had such a good all-around environment, in the middle of OAK. Nice views, nice continental breakfast, we spent some time in the hot tub and met very nice people who were staying. Got some delusions Margaritas at the bar too! "

"The Hyatt House is a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and the room we had faced the bay, which we requested, for additional fee from the Expedia priced room, which faced the train station. It was near some stores and walkable mall. The breakfast bar had the typical eggs, sausage and hotcakes but it had the full complement of cereals and fruits."
