Ants in washroom, table and bed. One of my towel old & torned. Wifi poor connection, 3 days stay was difficult for me to do my job. Perfume in lift was terrible smell.
I dont enjoy for my 3 night with massive jem every where. My appoinment in Nibong Tebal unable to meet my schedule. My nearest AEON the nearest also terrible jem.
I only enjoy foods within distance. Hotel without restaurant.
I am experience 8 year ex-hotelier and 18 years in airline catering industry, can comment lot of things.
Clean room, clean toilets. Spacious room. Had a small table to work on. working air-conditioner.

Needs to upgrade for better environment
The room door peeling and paint works dirty floor everytime opened or closed. Limited TVs channel only 2 channels. Can improves better as cable or Netflix so cheap.
Overall hotel design is good. But the location is not attractive, not much food to eat. Hotel lobby got Indian smell. Hotel door is manual. You need to lock when go in the room.

Booked non smoking but provide smoking room after complaints only change the room for us. But still can smell someone smoking outside on late night for non smoking floor.
Frustrated as no water on next day during bath.
Bed not as clean as think and body feel itchy. Whole environments need improves

Hotel decline to issue official receipt
Ask the official receipt for travel claim purposes. Hotel reception said the hotel can't issue receipt due to the booking was done via agent (expedia.com). Amount in receipt also different where they they exclude agent fee. Other hotel have no issue to give the receipt as per total booking value.

It's a basic budget hotel. But it is clean. Better than other budget hotels in Malasia that I've stayed in. I would recommend to bring your own towel as those provided are very worn out. Need to have a car to get there. A lot of eateries in the vicinity. We only stayed for a night as we were passing thru.
Overall my stay was ok.
Pro: This hotel provide simple local breakfast to guest.
Cons: No bottle water provided. There is a jug for you to fill up water at the water dispenser at the walkway of the hotel floor.
The room I stayed is facing a building that is used for breeding swift birds. So its noisy in the morning.
Overall the room is very basic and clean.
The room is just too small and cramped and not as displayed in the pictures at Expedia. The pictures displayed in Expedia is misleading and in accurate.
However for a night stay and for the price can't complain too much.
Location is good and breakfast yummy. Hotel room is clean and comfort.

Irresponsible customer service
The cust service is not good. Ive left my IC (Identification Card) on the day I stay overnight but no one to call me or leave a note at my door step. I need to drive back to the hotel once I realized it was lost & called this hotel for confirmation on the day Ive checked out. The guy only notified me after I called him afterwards. This is very irresponsible service where they dont even bother to call or notify me on my lost IC. I feel disappointed on their service. Before I checked out on the next day, Ive even spent 30min at their cafe for breakfast and no one to tell / pass me back my IC.
surrounding shops and road noise from the main road were audible in my room and making a full sleep difficult. On the positive note, staffs were polite and my room was clean.
