"The property is very well maintained, inside and out. We had 2 one night stays a week apart. Both rooms were clean and fresh looking. The bathtubs were remarkably sparkling! Better than at many higher end, national name brand hotels. The staff was terrific. Welcoming and friendly. This was true from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff to the maintenance man. Plenty of parking available. The only negative was traffic noise. Double or triple paned windows would reduce the noise. Our rooms faced Knott ave. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again."

"The place was nice, pricing is deceiving. The snackbar/coffee shop is nice and you get a "$25 credit" each day, but you are paying for it. We had three rooms one was never cleaned. for that room 4 calls were made for new bedding and it never arrived. We requested a crib for on room which did not arrive."

"I reserved the hotel for my family. They arrived early at the Hyatt with the intention of leaving the car so that they could attend Disneyland. They were informed at the Hyatt that they needed my California driver’s license for the reservation. Even though they had the reservation itinerary. After some hassle, they were able to park the car and go to Disneyland. When the family returned later that evening, the two queen size beds that were reserved on Hotels.com was no longer available. Instead, the Hyatt offered a king size bed with a couch 🛋️ bed 🛏️. Pretty simple what happened, since my wife did not check in at 4:00 pm, they gave our reservation to someone else. However, they did offer a breakfast voucher for overpriced food. Fortunately, my wife did not fall for the scam."

"We stayed here for 4 nights during a convention at the center around the corner. We luckily booked in advance so our stay was only about $400 the entire trip! Which we found to be an amazing deal for it's location. This hotel / motel (Probably leans more towards motel) was actually very very nice for the price point. They also have a little store on sight that you can buy things if you had forgotten them or needed something. Which was helpful to us as we forgot toothpaste and sunscreen. Our room itself was nice, not that big, but we barely spent time in the room itself so that didn't matter. Bathroom is VERY small, but it gets the job done! Large spacey shower which was nice. I don't like touching walls when I shower. The bed is probably my only CON of the trip. It was very hard as were the pillows, but again. For the price, it's fine. They also have a nice sized pool on-site, but we didn't use it. No microwave inside the room, have to go to their dedicated laundry site in order to use a microwave, but this wasn't an issue for us! Parking is only $15 per day, which was cheap compared to other nearby places!"
