Cleaning staff was wonderful. Welcoming staff on the first night was very helpful. Office staff on my second/third night were terrible and some of the worst humans with the least compassion I've ever met in my life! I was in need of assistance and the the front desk clerk repeatability REFUSED to assist and REFUSED for me to speak to anyone that could assist me. As a medical professional who helps people on a daily basis in emergency situations, I will report this person and management who refused assistance on site at the time to the Better Business Bureau. I have photos and videos of the disgusting services provided by staff and conditions of the hotel room, lack of accommodations (despite reflecting them when booking online) such as gym, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, coffee, bathroom facilities, etc. I will continue to follow up with city and county agencies to assist me with this matter.

The property needs some work because even that the place is cheap and close to the freeway and Citadel. I think they need to invest some money on the rooms because at the room that I stayed in the bathroom the walls were peeling off and I think that’s not good. Other than that or room and bedding sets were clean, but they need to do some work or maybe hire a new maintenance crew as a person who work before in the hotel industry I think the maintenance crew is responsible for all of that.

When we entered the room noticed a puddle of water on the floor by the fridge. We asked for more towel to clean it and were given more towel. People would smoke outside near our room and the smell would come in the room. Could hear every noise from the room above. It wasn’t horrible but was not great. I don’t think we will book here again

Staff was awesome! I’ll definitely stay here again it was quiet, and just what I needed only thing is the TV could use updating, remote and channels were very out dated and couldn’t really see the TV but besides that good safe place to stay if you’re looking for the bare necessities.

The bathtub was so duty, thanks God I took my sandals, so I was able to shower, the room was too noisy, other customers and freeway was horrible, the pillows felt like rocks, so hard and or so soft. Overall, my experience at this place was not good at all. The only good thing is that was close to the conference I attended. I'm sorry I hope I never use this place again.
