"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Hotel is in a great location Midtown to easily access all the sights by walking and is 5 mins walk to Grand Central station for access to the subway and trains. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea / coffee and fridge facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym with cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells for weight training. Definitely recommend this hotel"

"The langham is truly 5 star plus in all aspects from the staff to the accommodation. A very impressive hotel and professional staff"

"We loved the whole aesthetic of the hotel-the books, the Dewey decimal system themed rooms- it is a great themes in keeping with it’s proximity to the nypl. We made good use of the library room. It was a great place to play cards, have breakfasts, or sit and read. We will be back!"

"All goood"

"The rooms are clean and nice and the staff is helpful. It’s nice to have a bar at the rooftop."

"Loved will stay again ! Perfect spot of nyc"

"Loved it here! It was clean and aesthetically so"

"The room was small, even by New York standards. A standard room barely fits one person, let alone a second. It’s a great location and easy to get to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful. but the room itself would make it so that I would not stay here again."

"clean room, friendly staff, beautiful hotel!"

"It was a great time and experience. Thank you!"

"I had such an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Lilandra was so helpful when our tv was not connecting. She came to our room right away to help us. I loved our room and how spacious it was. The hotel itself was so cozy and made you feel right at home. The location was also a plus, most of the locations we had on our itinerary was about 15-20 min walk away. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again!!"

"The staff was incredible! We were here for a birthday trip, and they went out of their way to make our time feel special. The room was fantastic! Very clean and a comfortable bed. The shower is the star of the show! Amazing! A fantastic location with subway stations a 1-2 minute walk away. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Midtown. Also at at the restaurant attached to the lobby on our first night. Food and service were wonderful!"

"Very nice place to stay. All staff were very helpful to include the front desk and service team. breakfast was excellent."

"Excellent location,"

"The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the room had no window and was very dark and claustrophobic as a result. Breakfast was ok but there was not a big choice, I had a croissant on day 1 but by day 2 they had run out of croissants so the choice was even less. There were no bedside tables as not enough room, and no glasses for drinking in the room, just plastic cups in the bathroom. Room service was very slow and eventually arrived in a take away container in a...
