"Biggest positive was communication - helped us out massively with confusion over booking. Quick communication much appreciated. Regarding the property - It was a base for a night. Everything was on the budget side of things. Clean beds and towels. It just needed a thorough spring clean. Random cutlery pots and pans were all mish mash and needed cleaning before use. But was passable - for one night. No complaints. "

There was not enough washing detergent for either the washing machine or the dishwasher for the number of people (7) and duration of our stay (6 days), but that's fine as there's a nearby store so we just bought some. "On arrival given wrong code for key collection. The apartment was too hot. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the street. People coming out of a nearby club late at night. Also, street cleaning vehicles in the early hours kept us awake."
