"In the listing it does not clarify there is no elevator to a 5 floor building. Getting there with luggage or no luggage was hard. Ceiling with clear humidity. "

The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."
