"MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail...

"The small bar was excellent. Had my favorite Chardonnay. Hours are short though. No bell hop to help with luggage if needed. Enjoy staying here. 3rd time. Great location. Close to big food court across the small park. And close to subways. If the price is good this is where I book"

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

The hotel also refused to provide a room on the top floor despite the fact that this was expressly listed as a feature when I booked the room through Expedia. Upon contacting Hilton customer service directly, I was told that they cannot guarantee a top floor accommodation since it is based on availability, and that this was an error on Expedia’s part and they recommend that I book...
