"We had the pleasure of staying in villa #1. The space was perfect for our needs and the outlook was peaceful and relaxing. Bangalow township is less than a 5 minute drive or a leisurely walk of 20 minutes."

"What a find. Quiet secluded luxury property comprising originally two houses, now a high end function venue. Beautifully kept grounds and interiors. Great amenities and nice pool area. 12 mins drive from B Bay. Top marks."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!"

"Good wee spot, can't complain whatsoever. 10/10. Fun fact, it's the Inbetweeners hostel. Legit only realised this when I rocked up. One thing I would recommend is some recycling bins."

"Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. "We had a one night stay in the 3 bedroom apartment at the Richmond Motor Inn last week. The apartment was large and well equipped with three reasonable sized bedrooms. Everyhting was clean and we had a comfortable stay."
