"The room was super comfortable. But there was a cold spell! When I asked for more heat they responded immediately and I was given an electric heater that worked great. Very much appreciated. The walls are thin and noise in adjacent rooms or above is pretty loud. try for a top floor room or in the back!"

"Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room..
The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels....

"We have been too Park Plaza for years and is always our go to hotel for when we have a weekend in London.
This weekend we felt like we have been really let down. We arrived at check in time and were told the rooms weren't ready and to come back in 20 mins. We ended up having to wait over an hour and ten minutes to check in even though we told different people at the desk one of our party had a medical need and needed access to a room. They did not do anything, we were only offered complimentary...

"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"

"The location of this hotel is excellent. The garden area was beautiful. The trees in the garden hide the views of the river and Eye. The amenities were nice and replenished daily. The rooms could use a bit of refresh, the carpet was dirty and fraying and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. We tried to go to the bar in the afternoon and it was closed, but the restaurant was open. Nice but a little overpriced."
