The gentleman who helped me was very supportive, friendly and patient. The registration isn't easy. Some work on that app would be beneficial. The process of check in without a receptionist is not my favourite. Overall the space was very, very clean and well laid out. Spacious and had a solid esthetic even though its not my taste, it was well appointed. It had 2 balconies that would be excellent in summer time. The kitchen had full sized fridge and stove, but no things like S&P, olive oil or basics like that so a grocery store trip would be required. Placings for 4 people. There was no decaf coffee in my suite and when I called to ask for some, because no one is on site they couldn't help me. Additionally, the shower pressure was non-existent, which I also called in but nothing could be done for my stay. They did credit me the parking fee after I asked, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'd stay again, if I could get a bathtub and/or a decent shower. The location is great and the bed, linens and pillows were excellent.
