"Location is fantastic for tourists exploring Boston as favorite spots are in walking distance. Best if you commute there as parking is only available at pricey garages. Small hotel with nice lobby area and tastefully decorated rooms. Bathrooms are sleek and modern. Easy walk to TD Garden for an event. I would stay there again."

"Reserved a corner room and paid more money for it. The room's floor plan does not give a lot of space. They can only fit one night stand next to the bed. Asked to move and was told we couldn't until the next night. Talked to someone else and they were able to move us to another room. Better layout but they didn't give me a refund for a less expensive room. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and a great location."

"The Copley House in the Back Bay Area was close to public transportation, coffee shops and restaurants; its was super easy to walk and navigate the city from this area, the streets and neighborhoods were charming and full of history. Boston is an awesome city and I highly recommend the Copley House, it was exceptional clean and had little kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, cook top stove and small fridge, as well as a keurig with enough coffee pods for a two day stay which was a really...

Several ponder people were told the same and wasn’t allowed! We went over to the bowling alley and played a couple of games then came back around 1:00. "You have to pay for parking here. $10+tax per night. Pretty ridiculous. Empty lot and needed to pay to park on top of my reservation. No coffee in lobby for guests at early times. Gym is public and has set hours. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Has a high falutin fasad."

"The ice cream in the lobby Friday night was amazing for tired little ones who braved a full morning of traveling! The hotel is just a bit older and I prefer more modern but that's me- the rooms are a little small or my sisters and I over packed 😩 but the staff and everything we needed was available and or provided. The same day laundry, the dinner delivery to your room... all of it was amazing"
