"The cleaning staff let my dog out of my room and did not report it to me. I called for a late check out, which was approved for 12:00, normal check out is at 11:00, and at 10:30 I received a call from another guest that they found my dog wandering the 19th floor. Went back to the room and saw that the maid had been there and left. I know my dog did not sneak out unknowingly to the cleaning staff, because she greets anyone who comes to the door. The “red” elevators were atrocious. One out of four elevators worked and every time the elevator finally came to our floor, the elevator was too full for us to enter. We had to use 19 flights of stairs. Also, it was so far for us to walk to take our dog to the bathroom. Also, upon check in, no one told us which elevators to use. There had to be 5 different sets of elevators to choose from spread out across the whole building. Never staying there again."

"Online check-in can be a bit of a hassle, but we really appreciate the staff who helped us out! Everyone at the hotel is so polite and helpful. I’d give customer service a solid 5 stars! The hotel amenities are okay, sometimes showing a bit of wear, but they’re still functional. Overall, it’s a great stay and I’d recommend it for the friendly service and reasonable price."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the room had a noticeable odor, the restroom sink was dirty, and the shower curtain smelled unpleasant. The sheets, towels, and comforter were worn out and clearly overdue for replacement. The condition of the room also left much to be desired. One of the vanity lights in the restroom didn’t work, and the round vanity mirror lights were completely out, making the space dim and uninviting. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor. When I tried to bring these issues to the attention of the Mistere supervisor (man with purple dyed hair), he was unhelpful, showing no concern for resolving the problem. Very poor customer service! Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional service made my stay unpleasant and frustrating."

"Upgraded to Royal Tower. Had two rooms and was great. Two water closets, shower and a large soaking tub for two. Easy access not too long of a walk from self-parking. "
