"What a pleasant surprise! We booked this family run hotel last-minute and were blown away by the service and the amazing views of the mountains. The building is a bit dated due to being in business for over 100 years by the same family, but don’t let that turn you away. The bathrooms and bedding are modern, and everything about this hotel is charming. I highly recommend!"

"Outstanding, the receptionist couldn’t have done enough for you , the stay was perfect with best views on Mont Blanc. 8 days I spent touring the Mont Blanc and this finished it off perfectly. The location is so safe and guaranteed the best views, spa was outstanding and food, Only fault I had was lifts were very troubled on each floor ( receptionist had to take a lift with me) but I was given a free drinks voucher for the trouble. "Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!"

"Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels!
