"We had the family suite. On the one side of the room where the couch pull out was it was so cold when we had the AC on but the side where the other 2 beds were was too warm. Beds were decent but we sank in the middle a little bit. There was a sewer type smell coming out of the bathroom sink that was definitely unpleasant. The breakfasts were decent. Scramble eggs and sausage options the first day, but tge second day was biscuits and gravy with sausage option as well. With dietary restrictions for gluten that wasn’t a great option that day. They also had yogurt and fresh fruit. We would consider staying again."

"Great Family Stay with an Amazing Water Park! We had a wonderful stay overall. The property amenities are fantastic, and the water park was the absolute highlight—my daughter loved it! It offered great value for money for our family trip. The only area where service could improve is accommodating early check-outs. We had an early flight and asked management if a simple packed breakfast could be provided, but the request was declined. Having traveled internationally, grab-and-go breakfast boxes for early departures are a common courtesy at many hotels. Adding this service would really elevate their hospitality. Overall, a very nice experience, and we would happily return!"
