"Absolutely disgusting.. room smelled horrid as soon as you walked in of piss soaked carpets.. couldn't even walk around without shoes on as the carpet was sticky. Holes in walls, doors falling apart, ceiling holes, trash scattered outside everywhere, just disgusting... only thing going for them is the waterslide. We canceled our 2nd night and will be pursuing a full refund, would have left same night of check in had it not been so late. I see now why they say no refunds upon booking.. because...

"The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for what we had planned. Everything else was disappointing for the price point. The rooms have zero sound proofing and are older looking than the pictures online. I will not be returning my next visit to Sioux Falls."

"Room was not clean. Was dusty and vents on air conditioner were filthy. No fan in bathroom which made it difficult to shower and get ready. Staff did not empty garbage the first day or refill the Kleenex box. Was in building E and to get more Kleenex you had to go to the front desk at the far end of the property. Not accommodating. Ice machine was 2 long halls away as no ice machine hooked up in Building E where there should have been one. No breakfast for a best Western. Not at all happy...
