While the check-in was rudimentary, all of that was relieved when I arrived at a clean room with a firm mattress. This hotel just outside of downtown was perfect for my overnight stay.

The power was out in the city when we arrived, the staff met us at the door with flashlights to help us get checked in and took us to our rooms. They were super accommodating even with no power. Luckily that evening it finally came back on any the great service didn't stop

Downtown access from hotel is quite convenient if you cut through the high school and the park. Lots of great restaurants nearby! Our room was huge with 2 king beds. Very clean and comfy with nice bathroom. Staff was great!

Great location and the beds were comfy. Front desk staff was good but not overly friendly They have a non-utilized reception/bar area that I think quests would enjoy. Hotel offers a nice breakfast selection. Nice and clean - would stay again

The entire stay was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Julie greeted us each morning at breakfast; she was a delight. energenic, friendly, and worked very hard to ensure excellent breakfast experience. Location of hotel was perfect; close to downtown Rapid City, and easy access to major roads. Hotel was clean; staff friendly and efficient. Will look forward to returning!

Great staff - I want to call out Andres and the other guy at reception (perhaps Dani) for great service on check-out and helping us safely dispose of some camping gear we couldn’t fly home with.
