"Air conditioning was broken, didn’t fix it or switch our rooms for the 4 day duration we were there and you can hear thumping music all night. Sink was blocked so would over flow within 10 seconds. Will never stay there again "

"Frokost var standard, personalet var hyggelige og effektive. Avtrekksviften på badet funket litt dårlig, så var ganske klamt på badet, men ellers veldig fornøyde med oppholdet vårt."

"The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no. She did tell me the GM would reach out to me and he has not. It's only 35.00 but all the same they can do better."

"Parking was $30 a day and the elevator only work the 1st day had to take the stairs the next 2 days. Be aware they also charge $30 a day in destination fees . I could have stayed another day with all the extra fees. "

"Superior customer service as soon as walked. Rooms are extremely spacious! Breakfast had a wide variety to suit all and the cook was as super nice, helpful and made sure everyone was taken care of. I will go here again!!!"

"The property is in a great location. The only downside is it’s outdated so the rooms don’t have central air in the TV. Don’t have app access and the access to the ice machine is really frequently scary to go along to go even with someone."
