"Every city that we been to, as long as there is a Citizen M we always stay at Citizen M. And this Citizen M at Radhuspladsen , I would happily recommend. As usual the room is very ckean , great mattress and all the controls. Like for the lights, blinds , alarm are all in the ipad. Location is great. Very near to the City Hall, Tivoli, restaurants, grocery store, train station, there’s 7-11, mcDonalds, starbucks, kfFC, very convenient location, I highly recommend this hotel whenever you go to...

"Amazing staff who were friendly and helpful, great rooms that were comfortable. The food was excellent with a huge range of choice for breakfast. The wellness centre experience was tranquil and relaxing, not to be missed. Special thanks to Claire on reception and Kim in the Wellness centre. "

"The room was clean and worked perfectly for our family of four. Great location and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend it! "

"Excellent location and standard. The sofa bed wasn’t fit for purpose though. We complained and they said they’d address it but nothing was done. Very uncomfortable for our children to sleep on. They finally came with a thin mattress topper at nearly midnight on the second night which didn’t really make a difference. Not ideal at all so wouldn’t recommend booking a room with a sofa bed. Apart from that, the stay was great."
