Great room but noice from the bar

Comfortable bed and amazing view of the Oresund Bridge in the panorama windows of our 14th floor superior room, BUT the room was also just under the bar, and although we did not hear loud music, there was a lot of noise from chairs being moved and stamping on or dropping things on the floor etc in the bar until the bar closed at 2am. My daughter was not bothered by it, but as a light sleeper I was not able to sleep (even with ear plugs) until after the bar closed, so I am not exactly well rested now. I do not recommend that floor and I would have liked to be made aware of this potential problem at check in. Breakfast was ok and the location is very central next to Hyllie train station and the Emporia Shopping Centre.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I found the reception service disappointing. When I asked questions about the car parking, I received different answers each time, which was confusing and unhelpful. The reception staff member I spoke with was not informative and displayed an unprofessional attitude. For guests traveling by car, clear and consistent information about parking is very important. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who come by car. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service for future guests. Sincerely,Romeal

I booked this hotel not realizing it was in Sweden, I just wanted something closer to Copenhagen airport. My daughter and I was able to take the train from the airport to the hotel, it was fast and easy. The hotel was extremely nice and offered free breakfast. Great location.

Godt hotel - parkering dårlig

Hotellet lå perfekt. Men parkering er der ekstra gebyr på og så fik vi ikke forklarede ordentlig hvor vi skulle parkere så vi måtte flytte bilen med en baby som var sulten og træt. Parkerings huset - lad vær med at have en stor bil som vi havde nærmest umuligt at komme op på 4 etager i p-huset. Det var tæt med tæt på i siderne og loftet. Kørte kant til kant nærmest. (Har en id buzz). Ellers et god hotel. Kunne god sove der igen, dog tager jeg den mindre bil næste gang.

Pålitligt ”lagom-hotell”

Ett pålitligt hotell som känns ”lagom”. Ingen lyx men allt man behöver. Vi bodde i ett familjerum som var rymligt och hade sköna sängar (även den utfällbara våningssängen). Trevlig personal och bra frukost. Praktiskt läge om man inte vill bo mitt i stan, med närhet till både kollektivtrafik och Emporia.
