"Perfekt, um in Flughafen Stansted zu übernachten, wenn man am nächsten Tag weiter möchte. Großzügige Zimmer. Die Tower Bar im Inneren ist ansprechend und hat abends ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Die Nähe zum Airport ist unschlagbar, 5 min zu Fuß und man ist da. Drumherum Parkplätze und Runway. Dennoch sehr ruhig. Frühstücksauswahl sehr groß, aber nur kleine Teller verfügbar. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wellness/Pool habe ich nicht genutzt. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten. P.S....

"I arrived very late...flight from Bergerac was delayed over 2 hours. Reception was understanding and my bag was carried up to the first floor. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I left early and again had help with my bag. Difficult to locate in the nighttime, but a good overnight stay."

My room was very small and very dirty, for the price of the rooms i expected 5 stars but it was far from it, Could write my name in the dust not just one area the whole room, mould in bathroom and pink from lack of good cleaning lime scale on taps, smell in room and hallway. "A bit surreal, the place was devoid of staff, night or day! The room was clean but tiny and very sparse of comfort, which is OK for one night but does not match the price. Also the name Airport Lodge is deceptive, it is 10' ride by taxi and that was 16 pounds. The following day i tried the local bus but it came 45´ late. At least, it was only 2 pounds. "

"I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay. "
