The Good -The staff was welcoming, polite, and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and tidy.
The Bad & Misleading:My major issues stem not from the staff, but from the inaccurate presentation on the listing. The 9.6 rating is baffling based on the discrepancies.

"I stay in hotels every week for work, and this was the best stay I have ever had.
Every member of staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
I could go on, but honestly, just stay here. You will not regret it."

"Good free parking. Excellent breakfast good choice and nice and hot. Air conditioning and heating not working in room an electric heater provided but I was not informed of this by hotel staff. The room was clean and serviced daily. "
