"We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly wished we had booked for longer. From the minute we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. Mel was fantastic and made such a strong impression with how warm, helpful, and attentive she was. We were travelling with our dog, and this place really goes above and beyond. The grounds were beautiful and perfect to enjoy with a pooch, and we were so impressed by the thoughtful touches like the dog menu, the welcome package for our dog, and a lovely treat waiting for us as well. We had accidentally booked a room that was not dog friendly, but the staff handled it so quickly and smoothly and made sure we were looked after. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Everything about the stay was fantastic. The room was stunning, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were exceptional across the board. It is one of those places that makes you want to come back before you have even left. Highly, highly recommend."

"Everything about this hotel was top-of-the-line! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful drinks and food were great and the location was the best part— we were able to get in and out of London, so easily on the train. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future."

"Yes but the staff were not very customer friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. We would like a refund "

"Right next to the airport terminal. Fab staff and super friendly and efficient. One of our quickest check ins ever. Room was fantastic and spotless. Credit to the housekeepers. Overall a great stay."
