"My wife and I arrived at about 3.30pm to check in. There was no concierge to greet their guests and assist with their luggage. There was no one there to greet guests offering welcome drinks, towels etc. we found our way to another room where there was 2 bottles of water sitting in a bucket of melted ice water which was warm, there was only one clean glass to serve yourself. "The pool was enjoyable with a beautiful view. Our pool chair was covered the whole time we were at the hotel. We weren’t able to open the umbrella at all. When checking in they said they will come and open the umbrella for the sun and the pool chair cover at 0700am but never happened. The staff were really friendly. "Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Allerdings fand ich da Zimmer etwas ungemütlich und dunkel - Geschmackssache. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, das es ein sehr begrenzte Auswahl im Café gibt und das nur zur bestimmten Uhrzeit, in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist sonst nichts. Mit Bike alles schnell erreichbar."
