"Our family with girl of 3yr really really enjoyed the stay. Wonderful swimming pool and wonderful resort with very friendly staffs. It was our first time in hyatt but it exceeded my expectation so much. It was dreamy vacation for us and we will definitely be back soon!"
"We really enjoy our get-a-ways to Indian Wells.
However, they have now cut dining services extremely, making it inconvenient to get food at this location.
We enjoyed the Buffet before and more available to drinks and food around the pool is now very minimal if at all."
"I’ve stayed at the JW Marriott Palm Desert multiple times, and overall it continues to be a fun and enjoyable experience. The property is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
That said, the pool area was a bit underwhelming during this visit. There were four plastic cups sitting on the ground near the edge of the pool directly in front of me. Several staff members walked by them multiple times without addressing the issue. The cups were eventually removed, but only after I brought it to someone’s attention. At a resort of this caliber, I’d expect a bit more attentiveness in maintaining the pool area throughout the day.
Despite that, the service from the team was excellent overall, and we still had a great time. The JW Marriott remains one of our favorite desert getaways, and we look forward to returning."
"- at check in (after 8:30pm) our room had not been made up. Offered a regular king room for the night and when the original room gets cleaned up, we could move to the room we purchased in
Room 330
The booked room was ready promptly the next morning. Recently remodeled, spacious and clean. Small kitchen with microwave (I wasn’t cooking anyway), coffee pot, electric water pot and small supply of kitchen equipment. The pool is wonderful. And the two out door hot tubs were clean and hot. The bar was well stocked and the bartender (I wish I remembered his name) was personable and really took the time to chat with us.
I have no truly bad things to say about this hotel.
I did point out to the front desk that…
* Bathroom sink faucet has too much pressure, it needs one of those thingys
* Curtains in bedroom need more black out quality
* No security chain lock
Regina in the spa provided an exceptional massage.
You should check this place out! You’ll be happy you did."
"My family and I have been to this resort for the past 10+ years. It's almost like our base in Palm Springs. As much as we love this place, some upgrades might be needed. Neither ice machines were working on both floors 😕"
"It was a very nice stay with helpful staff. We did have an issue with the television in the living room which staff did help to try to resolve. Ultimately, it was not too big of an issue for us as we used the pool and went out often. We would return."
