"Everything was wonderful, the parking, staff, massages, food at the grill, the coffee, all of it except the beds in room 232. The beds need to be replaced asap. Super uncomfortable, but I will definitely stay there again because everything else was indeed awesome. The massage was definitely one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!"

"Only two regular chargers for EV vehicles, and if you check in later in evening, whatever car is there is likely there overnight. Found out the next morning that there is a 2-hour guideline/rule, which really should be posted at the chargers. Good that the hotel has that, but ultimately, it is up to the consideration of the car owners, especially if the hotel staff does not have accurate auto and hotel guest contact info."

"Cheapest hotel to stay in palm springs! Had a great stay! Washroom shower had hair in it and towels had hair other than that it was great. I think its time to upgrade all tje hair dryers as well they smell when on high speed. But beds were great "

"Check in process was quick and easy, lady was friendly. We had no other interaction with employees. Property is super cute and clean with sidewalks and lights and landscaping. Love how cars are parked outside the fence it keeps the area clear so you can really admire the airstreams. The Pool(warm) and hot tub( HOT) are great sizes, we were the only ones ever in them. "The Fairfield brand is usually very nice, but the king mattress in this room should have been replaced long ago. The mattress had lumps and depressions that made rest impossible. I complained to the front desk, maybe future travelers will avoid this problem. "

"Tom at the desk was very helpful and quite kind to me. Subsequent staff were polite and helpful. There was a security guard to observe my vehicle in the parking area. The room was clean. I like to bring my own pillows. Air conditioning worked well and did not blow on me. I really appreciated that. I didn’t stay in long enough to eat in the Sunshine Café. It was a great respite after driving in Baja."
